Nepal Electricity Authority to sell IPO to public

KATHMANDU, Aug 10: Nepal Electricity Authority is going to issue its ordinary shares (IPO) to the general public. 

The Authority has moved forward with the process of selling shares to the general public as per the Authority Act 2041.

The real property evaluation work of the Authority has been completed at present. The third financial restructuring has also been prepared. The institution has obtained an AA+ credit rating from ICRA.
