NEPSE Index drops by 36 points this week

KATHMANDU, Aug 4: The NEPSE Index has dropped by 36 points this week. The NEPSE Index which saw a 39-point decrease last week, has further decreased by 36.64 points and reached 2089.84 points.

There was a total turnover of Rs. 9 billion 495 million 212 thousand this week. Shares worth 393 million 872 thousand 281 rupees have been traded in the banking sector, while shares worth Rs 101 million 201 thousand 413 rupees have been traded in the hotel and tourism sector this week.
