Gold price decreases by Rs 200 per tola

KATHMANDU, July 29: The price of gold has decreased by 200 rupees per tola in the Nepalese market this week. 

Last Friday, the price of hallmarked fine gold in the market was Rs 112 thousand and 800 per tola. It has decreased to Rs 112 thousand 600 this Friday, according to the Gold and Silver Federation.

Similarly, the price of Tejabi gold is Rs 112 thousand and 50 per tola this Friday.

The price of silver has also decreased this week. It has decreased by Rs 40 per tola compared to last week. The price of silver was Rs 1480 which has decreased to Rs 1450 per tola this Friday.

It's important to note that one tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams.
