Nepal loses to Ireland in exciting match

KATHMANDU, July 4: In an exciting match of the play-off stage of the ICC ODI World Cup Qualifiers on Tuesday, the Nepalese Team lost to Ireland by two wickets.
After losing to Ireland, Nepal has been ranked eighth in the tournament. Ireland is ranked seventh.
After losing the toss and being invited to bat first, Nepal scored 268 runs losing nine wickets in the scheduled over.
Batting in response, Ireland achieved the target by losing just eight wickets in 49.2 overs.
