Prices of Diesel increases, Petrol, LP gas and Aviation fuel decreases

KATHMANDU, July 2: Prices of petroleum products other than Diesel have decreased. According to the new price list from India yesterday, Diesel has increased by Rs 2.16 per litre. 

The prices of all other petroleum products have decreased. According to Oil Corporation spokesperson Manoj Kumar Thakur, the price of petrol has decreased by 14 paisa per litre. The price of kerosene has also decreased by 5 paisa per litre and the price of aviation fuel has decreased by 57 paisa per litre.

The price of LP gas for cooking has also decreased by Rs. 161 per cylinder. According to the corporation, the most profit is in foreign aviation fuel. There is a profit of Rs 57 on foreign air fuel and a profit of Rs 37 on domestic aviation fuel. 

Similarly, diesel has a profit of Rs 13 per liter while petrol has a profit of Rs 12 per liter. Kerosene is also making a profit of Rs 27 per liter and LP gas is making a profit of Rs 7 per cylinder.
