Nepal sets target of 168 runs against Netherlands
KATHMANDU, June 24: Nepal has set a target of 168 runs to the Netherlands in the ICC ODI World Cup Qualifier match on Saturday. After losing the toss and being invited to bat first, Nepal managed to score only 167 runs before being bowled out in 44.3 overs.
Captain Rohit Paudel scored the highest 33 runs for Nepal. Opener Kushal Bhurtel and Sandeep Lamichhane scored 27-27 runs. Bhim Sarki was dismissed after 22 runs. Gulsan Jha added 15 runs. Dipendra Singh Airee scored 14 runs. Kushal Malla returned to the pavilion in just 12 runs.
