ICC ODI World Cup Qualifiers: Nepal bowls first against West Indies, two wickets already down
KATHMANDU, June 22: In its third game of the ICC One Day International World Cup Cricket Qualifiers, Nepal is playing against two-time World Cup Champions West Indies. The game started at 12:45 pm at the Harare Sports Club. After winning the toss, Nepal is bowling first.
After making just one run, West Indies batsman Kyle Mayers was caught out by Kushal Bhurtel in Karan KC’s bowling. Following that, another batsman Johnson Charles has also been caught out by Aasif Sheikh in Gulsan Jha’s bowling.
Nepal has won one and lost one of the two matches they have played in the ICC ODI World Cup Qualifiers. Nepal, which suffered a defeat against Zimbabwe, defeated America with a spectacular performance. Nepal is 14th and the West Indies 10th in the ODI rankings.
