Women's T-20 International Cricket Series: Malaysia beats Nepal, 2-2 draw in best of five
KUALA LUMPUR, June 3: Nepal women's cricket team has been defeated by Malaysia by 4 wickets. With the loss, the teams of both countries are at a 2-2 score in the Women's T-20 International Cricket series.
Nepal had given Malaysia a target of 97 runs which was chased down by Malaysia with the loss of 6 wickets. For Malaysia, Winifred Duraisingam scored 38 runs and Mahirah Izzati Ismail contributed 16 runs.
Nepal had scored 96 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs. Indu Barma scored 32 runs and Bindu Rawal added 24 runs for Nepal. Duraisingam took 3 wickets for Malaysia, while Aisa Eleesa and Mahirah Izzati Ismail took 1 wicket each.
