KATHMANDU, March 2: Nepal lost to UAE in the triangular one-day international series under the ICC World Cup League-2.
In the match on Thursday, Nepal lost to the home team UAE by 68 runs.
Chasing the target of 208 runs given by the UAE at the Dubai International Cricket Ground, Nepal scored 139 runs losing all wickets in 5 balls in 35 overs.
UAE, who lost the toss and batted first, scored 208 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 50 overs.
With the win, UAE is in fifth place in the table with 31 points from 30 matches. Nepal is in the sixth position in the table with 28 points.
