ICC World Cup League 2: UAE sets target of 208 runs

KATHMANDU, March 2: In a match played between Nepal and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) under the triangular ODI series under the ICC World Cup League 2, UAE has set a target of 208 runs for Nepal to win in loss of all wickets in allocated 50 overs. 

Earlier, Nepal won the toss and chose to bowl first. 

Sandeep Lamichhane took three wickets for Nepal while Karan KC, Ashif Sekh and Kushal Malla took one wicket each.

Nepal now requires to win six matches in order to qualify for the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup.

The match is currently taking place at the Dubai International Stadium. 

The triangular ODI series under the ICC World Cup League 2 is an important tournament for both Nepal and the UAE, as it provides them with an opportunity to qualify for the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup. As such, this match is a crucial one for both teams, and they will be looking to give their best performances.
