Share allotment of foreign quota of Mayakhola Hydropower

KATHMANDU, Jan. 7: Maya Khola Hydropower Company, which is the issuing and sales manager of Prabhu Capital Limited, has distributed shares for people who are employed abroad. The company has allotted 240,000 shares of Rs 100 per share.
The application was opened from December 9 to December 23 for the share reserved for Nepalese working abroad. In which 8 thousand 807 applicants sent applications for 7 lakh 74 thousand 230 shares. Out of which, the demand for 47,360 shares received from 548 applicants was canceled.
Applications for 726,840 shares were received from the remaining 8,257 eligible applicants. The company has distributed shares at the rate of 30 shares to those who applied for more than 40 shares. And to those who applied for 10 shares to 30 shares, the company has distributed shares as per the demand.
