Deuba to leave Baluwatar Thursday, preparing to shift to Dhumbarahi

Kathmandu - The outgoing Prime Minister and president of Nepali Congress, Sher Bahadur Deuba will leave his official residence of Prime Minister only on Thursday. Deuba's chief personal secretary, Bhanu Deuba told Ratopati that the outgoing Prime Minister will leave Baluwatar on Thursday. He said, 'We will leave Baluwatar the day after tomorrow. A new house has been found in Dhumbarahi. Today and tomorrow there will be decoration done.

The Congress has become the opposition after the sudden exit of the Maoist center from the alliance. Deuba had to leave Baluwatar after Pushpa Kamal Dahal, chairman of the Maoist Center, became Prime Minister with the support of seven parties including the UML on Sunday.

Since Deuba did not leave Baluwatar, Prachanda, who took the oath of Prime Minister on Monday, is staying at his private residence in Khumaltar. Bhanu Deuba said that it was late to leave Baluwatar because the private residence in Budhanilkanth was being renovated.

As it will take about 4 months to repair the house, Deuba looked for a rented house in Dhumbarahi.
