With 814 new cases recorded on Tuesday, Nepal’s active COVID-19 active case tally surpasses 5000-mark
KATHMANDU, Aug 2: Nepal on Tuesday recorded as many as 814 new cases of COVID-19.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 5,415 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours.
With new cases of COVID-19 recorded in the past 24 hours, Nepal’s active COVID-19 case tally has reached 5,144.
The Kathmandu Valley recorded 313 new cases on Tuesday. Of them, 253 were detected in Kathmandu, 24 in Bhaktapur and 36 in Lalitpur districts.
