KMC Mayor Race: Balen's lead in vote count continues

KATHMANDU, May 17: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City is currently leading the vote count as of 2 PM, Tuesday.
Balne is leading the vote count with 11,434 votes. His nearest contender was Keshav Sthapit who garnered 6,026 votes.
Likewise, Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate for the post has collected 5,176 votes.
