Lalitpur metropolis: Chiri Babu Maharjan leads the vote count with huge margin

KATHMANDU, May 16: Chiri Babu Maharjan, Nepali Congress’s candidate for the post of mayor of Lalitpur metropolis is currently leading the vote count as of 3 AM, Monday.
Maharjan has so far collected 4,985 votes, his nearest contender Hari Krishna Byanjankar, UML’s candidate, hasgot 1,841 votes.
