KMC Mayor Race: Balen’s vote nears 3000

KATHMANDU, May 15: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City is currently leading the vote count.

Balne is leading the vote count with 2,828 votes as of 4 PM Sunday. His nearest contender was Keshav Sthapit who garnered 1,438 votes.

Likewise, Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate for the post has collected 1,340 votes.
