KMC Mayor Race: Balen Shah continues leading the vote count

KATHMANDU, May 15: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City is currently leading the vote count.

Balne is leading the vote count with 2,238 votes. His nearest contender was Keshav Sthapit who garnered 1,219 votes.

Likewise, Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate for the post has collected 1,081 votes.

So far, 5,983 votes have been counted.
