1,000 votes: Balen garners 480 votes, NC, UML candidates lags behind

KATHMANDU, May 14: Of the 1,000 votes counted so far, an independent candidate for the post of mayor of Kathmandu metropolis, Balen Shah garnered 480 votes.

Likewise, Keshav Sthapit, UML’s candidate, collected 200 votes while Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate got 280 votes.
