People’s Multiparty Democracy can’t be directive principle of CPN (US): Khanal

KATHMANDU: ‘Honorable’ leader of the ruling CPN (Unified Socialist), Jhalanath Khanal has said that the People’s Multiparty Democracy (Janatako Bahudaliya Janabad) can not be the party’s directive principle.

Tabling his document at a central committee meeting of the party on Saturday, leader Khanal said that Marxism and Leninism, however, are the directive principles. “We should march forward by setting policies, principles and goals for socialist revolution and transformation in the light of Marxism and Leninism.”
