CPN-UML alone will win majority, claims Chair Oli

Chairperson of the main opposition party, CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli has said that the UML alone would bring a majority in the upcoming parliamentary election.  

At the first convention of CPN (UML) Bharatpur Metropolitan City on Monday, Chair Oli claimed that the UML alone would win a majority in the upcoming parliamentary election without forging an alliance with any other party. 

"The party will be involved in election preparation after its 10th General Convention. We have to claim a majority in the election. Let's make preparations for this. We’ll go for election alone without joining hands with other parties."

Saying the UMLhas moved ahead with a determination to bring a majority in three-tier elections, the Oli argued that no one can stop them from achieving that ‘feat’. 

Chair Oli also challenged the other parties to stop the UML from getting a majority, adding that the national goal of 'Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali' should be fulfilled to prepare the basis of socialism.
