Party cadres burn effigy of JSP Chair Yadav in Birgunj expressing dissatisfaction on picking of ministers
KATHMANDU, October 9: Aspirant ministers in Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) have expressed dissatisfaction after not being picked as ministers.
Some party leaders and cadres also burnt the effigy of Chairman Upendra Yadav in Birgunj.
Accusing Chairman Yadav of not picking Pradip Yadav, a member of parliament of the party, for minister, effigy of Yadav and the flag of the party were burnt in Birgunj.
Supporters of lawmaker Pradip Yadav also set fire on the signboard of the party office there.
Likewise, lawmaker Pramod Shah has also expressed his dissatisfaction on not being picked as minister. Taking to social media, Shah accused Chair Yadav of picking his own relatives as ministers from the party.
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba expanded the Cabinet on Friday afternoon which included four ministers from JSP.
