JSP summons meeting to prepare guidelines to pick ministers

KATHMANDU, October 6: Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) is scheduled to hold a meeting to prepare guidelines for selection of ministers from the party.

As per the agreement reached between the ruling alliance regarding the distribution of ministerial berths, JSP will get for Ministries.

“The meeting has been summoned to make a decision for the selection of ministers from the party,” said Dambar Kathiwada, chief of the publicity department of the party.

Chairman of the party Upendra Yadav has been given the responsibility to make decisions regarding the selection ministries.

JSP will get the Ministry for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Agriculture and Livestock Development, Federal Affairs and General Administration and Forest and Environment.

As per the agreement, the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) will get eight ministerial berths including the Prime Minister, CPN (Maoist Center) will get six, CPN (Unified Socialist) and Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) will get each each.
