KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 17: Defending champions Ulsan Hyundai were Friday drawn against two-time winners Jeonbuk Motors for an all South Korean quarter-final in the Asian Champions League.

The other east zone quarter-final will see South Korea's Pohang Steelers, three-time winners of Asia's premier club tournament, take on Japan's Nagoya Grampus.
In the west zone, 2019 champions Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia will play Iran's Persepolis, who were runners-up last year.

Al Wahda of the UAE face Saudi Arabia's Al Nassr in the other west zone quarter-final.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for October 16 and 17.
They will be played as single legs, rather than over the usual two legs, and in centralised venues due to coronavirus travel difficulties.

The semi-finals, also to be played over one leg, take place on October 19 and 20, with the final set for November 23.

The competition is split into two geographic zones, east and west, until the final.
