UML to seek clarifications from its 22 lawmakers

KATHMANDU, July 19: CPN-UML has decided to  seek clarifications from its 22 lawmakers who voted in favor of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Sunday. 

A Central Committee meeting held on Monday decided to ask the 22 MPs  to furnish their clarifications within 24 hours as they ‘breached the party discipline’. 

Twenty two lawmakers including senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal voted in favor of the confidence motion tabled by Prime Minister Deuba.
