One more COVID-19 patient dies in Chitwan

Kathmandu - One more coronavirus infected person died at Chitwan Medical College today. A 62-year-old man of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-11 died in course of treatment at COVID-19 ICU of the hospital at 12:20 pm, according to Hospital Director, Dr Dayaram Lamsal. He was admitted at the hospital on September 5 after respiratory complication and coronavirus was confirmed on him on September 7.

With this, number of coronavirus infected people died in course of treatment at hospitals of the district has reached 23. An elderly coronavirus infected person had died in house in the district. Of the deceased, three were from Chitwan, five from Makawanpur, three from Nawalparasi (East) and one each from Bara, Gorkha and Kailali.
