NRNA provides 125 sets of PPE to seven hospitals

Kathmandu - Non-Residents Nepalis Association (NRNA) has provided personal protective equipment (PPE) to seven different hospitals across the country. The NRNA handed over those PPE to the officials of the respective hospitals on Friday.

As shared by the NRNA secretariat, Narayani Hospital was given 25 sets of PPE, Sagarmatha Hospital and Janakpur Hospital 20 sets each while Bara District Hospital and Rautahat District Hospital were given equal 10 sets.

Likewise, Central Jail Hospital was provided with 15 sets of PPE and 25 sets to Bharatpur Cancer Hospital, the NRNA Secretariat said. Though the PPE is the basic safety gear for the health workers to deal with COVID-19 issues, the availability of those stuffs is still scarce in Nepal.
