Tulasipur–A youth has died after being hit by a tractor in Dang. Anil BK,14, a resident of Golaura in ward no. 6 of Tulasipur Sub-metropolis died in the accident, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Dang Binod Bikram Shaha.
The accident took place when the driver of the tractor (Ra. 1 Ta. 2631) lost control and hit BK, seriously injuring him. BK succumbed to his injuries at the Rapti Provincial Hospital, Tulasipur.
The driver, who was found under the influence of alcohol, has been taken into police custody for necessary action, police said.
