Urgent: 5.7-magnitude earthquake strikes northern Philippines

MANILA– A 5.7-magnitude earthquake, which was strongly felt in Manila, struck northern Zambales province in the Philippine main Luzon island on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.

The earthquake was measured by the U.S. Geological Survey at 6.3 magnitude with a depth of 40.2 km. Enditem ---
