Koshi Province Government Approves Key Decisions on Staffing and Reports

Biratnagar. The sixth meeting of the Koshi Province Council of Ministers has made important decisions including the appointment of employees and the approval of various reports and criteria. Providing information about the decisions of the meeting, the government's spokesperson and Minister of Internal Affairs and Law, Indramani Parajuli, stated that various administrative and legal processes have been advanced.

As per the decision of the Council of Ministers, Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, Aasman Tamang, has been appointed to the vacant post of Province Secretary of the Province Public Service Commission. Spokesperson stated that Joint Secretary Krishnaprasad Sapkota has been appointed as the Province Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law in place of Tamang.

The meeting has approved the submission of the eighth annual report 2083 of the Office of the Auditor General to the Koshi Province Assembly. Similarly, a decision has been made to nominate a member to the Koshi Province Land Use Council. Spokesperson Parajuli stated that a decision has been made to send the criteria related to source consent for multi-year projects 2083 to the relevant committee of the Council of Ministers for necessary discussion for approval.
