"Dr. Al Khulaifi is the chief negotiator and mediator for Qatar in peace talks with Hamas," Rana said. "After receiving news that Hamas is planning to release some of the hostages under its control, I have been appealing to countries that are in contact with Hamas and mediating for a ceasefire to make further efforts for Bipin's release."
In her phone conversation with Dr. Al-Khulaifi, Rana also urged him to take special measures for Bipin’s release. "He informed me that the Qatari government is working towards bringing Hamas to a ceasefire and securing the release of prisoners, and he assured that positive news would come soon.
