Court issues order to detain independent MP Yadav for pending trial

JANAKPURDHAM, Sep 5: The Saptari District Court has issued an order to detain Anirudh Singh Yadav, an independent MP from Madhes, for pending trial.

He was arrested from Rajbiraj Municipality-7 on Monday on the charge of murder. 

The bench of Justice Rajendra Kumar Acharya issued the order on Tuesday to keep him in custody for preliminary investigation. 

Court information officer, Ganga Kumar Mishra, informed that MP Yadav was taken into custody immediately after the court issued the order.
