Kathmandu– A meeting of the National Assembly (NA) scheduled for today was postponed due to special reasons, the Federal Parliament Secretariat said in a notice. The meeting earlier fixed for 1:00 pm today has been rescheduled for 2:00 pm of March 5.
Similarly, all meetings of the Parliamentary Committees summoned for today were postponed due to the demise of former Deputy Prime Minister and Nepal Communist Party (NCP) leader Bharat Mohan Adhikari, the Secretariat added.
Leader Adhikari passed away on Saturday night in course of the treatment.
