Mortal remains of Minister Adhikari brought to home district

Pokhara–The mortal remains of Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Rabindra Adhikari, who was killed in the Air Dynasty chopper crash in Taplejung Wednesday along with others six, has been brought to his home district today. 
The Nepali Army (NA) helicopter was used to transport his mortal remains here from Kathmandu. 


His relatives, well-wishers and Nepal Communist Party (NCP)'s leaders and cadres had flocked the Pokhara Airport since the morning, following the news that mortal remains of the late minister were being brought here. 
The mortal body will be kept at the Pokhara Exhibition Center for last tributes. 


He will be cremated today itself at Ramghat with state honours and it will be followed by a funeral procession which is scheduled to pass through Naya Bazar, Mahendra Bridge, Ranipouwa, Hospital Chowk and Gita Temple before reaching the ghat.
