Switzerland Leads Algeria 1-0 at Halftime in FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifier

Kathmandu. In the FIFA World Cup 2026 final 32 match, Switzerland has taken a 1-0 lead against Algeria at the end of the first half.

In the 10th minute of the match held at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, Canada, Johan Manzambi's pass set up Breel Embolo to score and give Switzerland the lead.

After the initial goal, Switzerland tried to maintain control of the game, while Algeria created some chances for an equalizer but could not succeed in the first half.

Now, Algeria will enter the field in the second half aiming for a comeback, while Switzerland will try to defend the lead and get closer to the final 16.
