British Prime Minister Keir Starmer Becomes Emotional Announcing Resignation

Kathmandu. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer became emotional while announcing his resignation, mentioning his family. BBC reported that he became very emotional and his voice choked while addressing the countrymen outside 10 Downing Street when discussing his wife and children.

During the address, Starmer described the post of Prime Minister as the country's biggest responsibility and said that after leaving the post, he would spend time fulfilling the most important responsibility of his life.

Expressing gratitude to his wife Victoria (Vic), he said, 'I will now be a good husband to my wonderful wife, who has stood by me like a rock through all the good and bad times of my life.'

Calling his children his source of pride and happiness, he also pledged to be an excellent father to them in the coming days.

Hinting that he could not give enough time to his family while holding the country's highest executive post, he expressed his desire to dedicate his future time entirely to his family.

After concluding his speech, Starmer emotionally hugged his wife Victoria.
