Rastriya Swatantra Party to Increase Central Committee Size

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is going to increase the number of central committee members. A leader informed that the decision to increase the number of central committee members was taken at the secretariat meeting held on Thursday. According to him, the provision of senior leader will also be made in the statute. However, it is said that the statute will be arranged in such a way that the senior leader can be announced by the chairman, not elected.

'It has been decided to make it a 158-member committee, including 151, with the chairpersons of the seven provinces being ex-officio,' that leader told Ratopati, 'Now the size of RSP's central committee will be larger.'

Earlier, the number of RSP's central committee was 129 members, including ex-officio.
