Film 'Lalibazar' Grosses Over 3 Crore in 9 Days

Kathmandu. The film 'Lalibazar' has succeeded in grossing 3 crore 42 lakh 61 thousand 779 rupees nationwide in 9 days of its release. The film's earnings were shown as such in the box office report of three films currently showing, released by the Film Development Board on Monday.

The board released the earnings until midnight on Saturday, May 18. In that period, 1 lakh 14 thousand 486 tickets for 'Lalibazar' were sold.

'Lalibazar' was released on April 25. The films 'Malati Mangale' and 'Guruama', released on the same day, are far behind in terms of earnings.

'Malati Mangale' has earned 44 lakh 78 thousand 608 rupees until Saturday. During that period, 13 thousand 890 tickets for this film were sold.

Similarly, 'Guruama' has a gross collection of 28 lakh 44 thousand 451 rupees. 8 thousand 974 tickets were sold for it.
