Bharatpur Metropolitan City Begins Removing Disorganized Wires from Electric Poles

Chitwan. Disorganized wires on electric poles within the urban areas of Bharatpur Metropolitan City have started to be removed. The removal began after discussions involving representatives from the Metropolitan City, District Administration Office, and service provider organizations.

According to Suresh Bot, Engineer at Bharatpur Metropolitan City, employees of internet service provider organizations are managing their own wires. He informed that the metropolitan city's municipal police are providing necessary assistance. Engineer Bot said, "Under the leadership of the metropolitan city, work is underway to make the poles beautiful and organized by removing disorganized wires."

Chitrasen Adhikari, Acting Chief of the Metropolitan City, stated that after a meeting with the local administration, internet service providers were made to remove disorganized wires. He mentioned that these wires within the metropolitan city have made the area look unsafe and unsightly, and instructed them to work immediately as the municipal police would remove their wires if not managed.

All service providers and the metropolitan city's municipal police are working on the poles. Work has been ongoing continuously since April 27.
