Pakistani Politician Nabil Gabol Announces Film 'Lyari Ka Gabbar'

Karachi. Pakistani politician Nabil Gabol has announced that he will produce a film titled 'Lyari Ka Gabbar' based on Karachi's Lyari area.

In a video released on social media, he stated that he is making this film to respond to the Indian film 'Dhurandhar'.

He accused India of making 'Dhurandhar 1' and 'Dhurandhar 2' against Lyari, and challenged that he will bring 'Lyari Ka Gabbar' in response to 'Dhurandhar 3'.

In the video, Gabol has targeted film director Aditya Dhar and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He claimed that he is not an ordinary artist but Nabil Gabol, and that he will give a strong response to India through this film. He stated that the Dhurandhar series made by India has presented a negative image of Lyari, and now he will respond through his film.

Meanwhile, the Indian film Dhurandhar has achieved historic success at the box office. Its first part, released on December 5, 2025, grossed approximately 1,307 crore Indian Rupees worldwide. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film featured actors like Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal in lead roles. The film broke the record of 'Baahubali 2' by earning over 193 crore rupees in the US and Canada alone.

The second part of Dhurandhar was released on March 19, 2026, and has surpassed the previous part in terms of earnings. So far, the film has collected 1,780.76 crore Indian Rupees worldwide. In India alone, it has collected a net collection of 1,132.94 crore Indian Rupees.
