RPP Convenes Disciplinary Committee Meeting Amid Internal Party Friction

Kathmandu. The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has called a meeting of its disciplinary committee. Committee member Bhakti Sitaula confirmed that the meeting is scheduled to be held at the party office in Dhumbarahi on Monday afternoon.

He stated that the meeting will discuss internal party discipline and make necessary decisions. The meeting, taking place amidst growing internal disputes, is being viewed as significant. Recently, the dissident faction within the party has been questioning the working style of Chairman Rajendra Lingden.

In particular, General Secretary Dhaval Shamsher Rana's warning that the party would face collapse if a general convention is not held by Jestha has caused ripples within the organization. It is understood that the meeting will also address overall issues falling under the scope of discipline.
