Transport Office in Surkhet Collects Over NPR 210 Million in Revenue by Falgun

Surkhet. The Transport Management Office located here has collected NPR 210 million in revenue by the month of Falgun.

The office, situated in Birendranagar Surkhet, Jumla, and Rukum West in the Karnali Province capital, collected NPR 214,881,302 in revenue from the month of Shrawan to Falgun. The Transport Management Office collects revenue under three categories.

Spokesperson for the Province's Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Urban Development, Ramesh Subedi, informed that revenue is collected under headings such as income from the transport sector (periodic and route permits), fees related to documents and vehicle registration books, vehicle tax, and administrative fines and confiscations.
