Israeli Military Claims Readiness for Multi-Front Warfare Following Missile Attack

Tel Aviv. The Israeli military force has stated that it is prepared for multi-front warfare.

The army responded after a missile attack by the Yemeni armed group. On Saturday, the Houthis fired two missiles towards southern Israel, one of which was a ballistic missile. This marks the first attempt to launch missiles at Israel since the US-Israel and Iran conflict began on February 28. Both missiles were reportedly intercepted successfully.

'We are ready for multi-front warfare. For the past two and a half years, we have been engaged in multi-front warfare against threats coming from various fronts,' said International Spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Nadav Shoshani, on Sunday. He added, 'We must be ready to be part of this war,' he said. Shoshani stated that they are taking the Houthis' warning seriously and are preparing to defend themselves from this front as much as necessary.

The Houthis have close ties with Iran. Their leader, Abdel-Malik al-Houthi, said on Thursday, 'Our Yemeni people return loyalty with loyalty, and Iran is the only state that stood with us in formal opposition to the attack on our country.'
