Adarsha Kumar Shrestha Assumes Office as Chairman of National Trust for Nature Conservation

Kathmandu. Adarsha Kumar Shrestha, who was appointed as the Chairman of the National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC), has assumed office. He took charge after reaching the office on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Sushila Karki, who is also the patron of the Trust, had nominated him to the post for the next five years.

Shrestha was the Chief Personal Secretary to Prime Minister Sushila Karki. Prime Minister Karki faced widespread criticism for nominating her own Chief Personal Secretary to the Trust.
