Teaser Released for Nepali Film 'Ek Muti Badal: My Share of Sky' Starring Aanchal Sharma

Kathmandu. The teaser for the film 'Ek Muti Badal: My Share of Sky,' starring actress Aanchal Sharma, has been released. The teaser revolves around the poem 'Pompeii ko Phool' (The Flower of Pompeii), recited by Sharma herself. The teaser also introduces the main cast of the film. The production team announced that the teaser was released as a birthday gift for Aanchal Sharma.

Actress Aanchal Sharma stated that the film 'Ek Muthi Badal' is special to her, and it is a sweet coincidence that the first glimpse was released coinciding with her birthday. She said, 'In other films, I portray someone else, but in this film, I am Maili. The satisfaction of portraying my own life on screen cannot be expressed in words. This film is extremely special for me.'

The poem is based on the fleeting memories of Sahara Sharma, the writer and director of the film. According to Sahara, she used to hear a poem with similar sentiments from her grandmother, which she had almost forgotten. However, during the editing of the film, this poem returned to her memory.

In addition to Aanchal Sharma, the film features performances by Nisha Sharma, Usha Rajak, Bhima Mainali, Asmita Gautam, Shekhar Chapagain, Manish Niroula, Sahayog Adhikari, Gaurav Bista, Abiral Pratap Adhikari, and others.

The film is produced by Abhimanyu Dixit, with Nikun Shrestha serving as the executive producer. The production team includes German producer Sara Fazilat, Samipya Raj Timalsena, and Anup Poudel. RR Films will distribute the movie in Nepal.
