Rastriya Swatantra Party Holds Orientation Program for Newly Elected Lawmakers

Kathmandu. The orientation program organized by the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) for its lawmakers has commenced. The program is being held at Hotel Royal Tulip in Gwarko, Lalitpur.

The two-day orientation is expected to inform the lawmakers about parliamentary practices, policy formulation, the working procedures of the parliament, the responsibilities of elected representatives, and the policies the party should adopt.

In the House of Representatives election held on Falgun 21, the RSP secured 182 seats in both the first-past-the-post and proportional representation categories.
