Nepali Congress Candidate Extends Lead in Ilam-1 Constituency Vote Count

Ilam. As the vote counting for the House of Representatives election in Ilam Constituency No. 1 continues, Nepali Congress candidate Nischal Rai is increasing his lead.

According to the latest vote tally, Congress's Rai has secured 9,544 votes. His closest rival, CPN (UML) candidate Kaji Man Kagate, is trailing Rai with 9,092 votes. The current vote difference between Rai and Kagate stands at 552 votes.

Meanwhile, the candidate from the Shram Sanskriti Party, Binod Nemwang Limbu, is in third place, having received 9,070 votes.
