Vote Counting in Sindhuli Set to Begin at 11 AM Following All-Party Agreement

Sindhuli. Vote counting for the House of Representatives election in Sindhuli is scheduled to begin at 11 AM. An all-party meeting held this morning in Sindhuli reached a consensus to start the counting process at 11 AM.

Chief Election Officer Kamal Raj Bista informed that the all-party meeting held at the District Administration Office, Sindhuli's assembly hall decided to commence counting from 11 AM. According to him, counting for both constituencies in the district will start from 11 AM.

Counting for Sindhuli-1 will take place on the ground floor of the Chief Election Officer's office building, and for Makwanpur-2, it will be on the second floor of the same building, utilizing 3/3 locations.

The decision from the all-party meeting states that counting for Sindhuli-1 will begin with Fikkal Rural Municipality, followed sequentially by Golanjor Rural Municipality, Tinpatan Rural Municipality, Dudhauli Municipality, and finally, the counting of wards number 9, 13, and 14 of Kamalamai Municipality.

Similarly, counting for Sindhuli-2 will commence with Sunkhasi Rural Municipality, followed sequentially by HyangLekh Rural Municipality, Marin Rural Municipality, HariharpurGadhi Rural Municipality, and concluding with the counting for Kamalamai Municipality.

In Sindhuli, 53.58 percent of votes were cast in the polling held on Thursday. Out of a total of 215,019 voters, 115,214 people exercised their right to vote.
