CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Prachanda Hails High Voter Turnout in Federal Parliament Elections

Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN), stated that the high participation, restraint shown by the public through voting, and the trust in the federal democratic republic have further strengthened our system.

In a message released on social media following the House of Representatives elections held today, he expressed gratitude via social media (Facebook) to the government, civil servants, security personnel, participating political parties, civil society, and all voters for successfully conducting the elections in a peaceful, civilized, and democratic environment.

He stated, "The House of Representatives election, announced to lead a complex political situation towards ease, has been completed in a peaceful, civilized, and democratic environment, dispelling all doubts." He expressed confidence that all sides will move forward together in the interest of the nation and the people, respecting the decision of the people in the coming days.
