Hamro Pay Launches Interoperable QR Service to Boost Digital Payments for Businesses

Kathmandu. Aiming to further strengthen and expand Nepal's digital payment system, Hamro Patro's digital wallet, 'Hamro Pay,' has launched a digital payment solution targeting businesses.

Under this new feature, 'Hamro Pay' has initiated an interoperable QR service in collaboration with 'Nepal Pay QR.' With this, merchants can now easily receive payments from their customers through any mobile banking app or other digital wallet.

This facility grants businesses the freedom to transact seamlessly with customers across the country, without being restricted to just one wallet.

'Hamro Pay' has also introduced a special attractive offer to easily onboard businesses onto the online payment system. According to the company, merchants who sign up under this offer will not have to pay any integration fee or annual fee when using 'Hamro Pay's' online payment system. Furthermore, to provide additional relief to merchants, the company has arranged for zero transaction fees for the initial six months.

Along with QR payments, 'Hamro Pay' has made its 'Payment Gateway' service simpler and faster for online traders. Now, businesses can complete the hassle-free onboarding process and immediately start receiving online payments.
