CPN Candidate Renu Dahal Intensifies Campaigning in Chitwan-3 Ahead of By-election

Chitwan. As the House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21 approaches, the electoral atmosphere in Chitwan Constituency No. 3 is heating up. In this context, CPN candidate Renu Dahal has intensified her election campaign.

Dahal, who is also the former Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City, has been collecting grievances, problems, and suggestions from locals through door-to-door programs while soliciting votes with development agendas.

Starting her door-to-door campaign from Lahure Chowk in Bharatpur Ward No. 26, Dahal visited all the neighborhoods of the ward, stating that she is not a new face but someone who has already proven herself through work, and vowed to fulfill the promises made to the people.

Stating that her agenda is to develop Chitwan by integrating issues of agriculture, tourism, and education, she mentioned the need to amend the National Park Act and bring a new law. Dahal has prioritized local infrastructure development, agricultural modernization, women's empowerment, and the promotion of youth self-employment and entrepreneurship.

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) leader Sobita Gautam is also in the electoral field in Chitwan-3. In the previous election in this constituency, the candidate from RPP, Bikram Pandey, was victorious.
